There will be 3 separate invoices for your procedure from;

• Columba at Ascot
• Your surgeon
• Your anaesthetist

If you have a prior approval number from your insurance company, these invoices need to be collected and sent to the insurance company. They will pay us directly.

If you do not have insurance or ACC, payment can be made by major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard) Eftpos, Direct credit, Cash or Cheque.
